The charm of Smith is its simple structure and wide range of uses. Smith works as a stool or storage, but can also be stacked and hung from a desk or tabletop. This multi-functional cart is perfect for a workspace or home office and as a bedside table or accent table...

Designed by Jonathan Olivares for Danese, this multi-functional cabinet looks like an amazing workhorse:

Also a mobile laptop desk and rolling TV tray. Nifty item!

This would be hugely popular at a lower pricepoint. I can't imagine paying $600 for this product, with any amount of money sitting around in my bank account.

This is begging for an Ikea knockoff. I hope it comes soon!

Even at 50% off I couldn't do it... shame.
Thing that kills me is that so many of these clever multi-functional pieces you see go for a small fortune. Yet I imagine the people who most need multi-functional pieces are on the poorer side, living in tighter and more challenging spaces.

Terrific piece, but I started laughing when I got to the price.
