When will the (purely for decoration) buddhas go away?

I saw some on a clearance end-cap at Target this week - so maybe soon.

Perhaps there are a lot of Buddhist designers and/or clients right now.

I would think that Buddhists would acquire their Buddhas someplace besides Target or their designer.
