Though I've always wanted Delicious Library, iSight is not currently being sold anymore. This is because all new apple notebook computers have cameras built -in and new monitors will, as well.
Does anyone have any experience with scanning bar codes in with the built-in cameras?

I tried it with my built in Macbook camera and it works great. You can download a trial version of the software for yourself and try it out.
