The point I think is that some people may just get up and wander away and forget to lock, I sometimes do and for that's it's a great idea and yes, I do use the typical CTL/ALT Delete/enter but not everyone is diligent in using it.

However, don't forget on most home systems the above key combo (sans enter) is for rebooting. :-)
