The world needs to be more exposed to Spanish whites. TxacolÃ is not fancy or complex, but it does crisp & slightly sparkly really well. It's a close equivalent to Portugal's vinho verde. I wouldn't worry too much about what region it's from since most are simple wines made to be drank soon. urte askotarako!
