I'm having my girlfriends and mother in laws to be and my mum over for a champagne and cupcake day where we make white and dairy milk chocolate mudcake cupcakes. Then we have fun doing a simple spread of either white or purple icing over the top and a sprig of lavender. Then when we're done all the cupcakes will go on a tiered platter. Fab and so much easier. AND cheap. :) We're having a very small cake on top that we can cut as well. :D
