I tried this over the weekend. It may have made a difference that I cooked it in the oven but my overall impression was indifferent. I give it a 2 of 5.

I don't want to be an alarming person but isn't aluminum linked to alzheimer's? I try to avoid cooking in aluminum foil. Please correct me if I'm doing it wrong :)

I've got to try to the grill pan method, too, seeing as how I can't exactly "fire up the grill" outside my UES apartment in Manhattan. I hope it comes out as good. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
