•Two Cereals We Love: Fiddler's Green Farm Penobscot Porridge 4-Grain Cereal and Ezekiel 4:9 get the thumbs up.
•Cook's Country $500 Salsa/Relish Contest: Salsa lovers (not dancers), this is your opportunity to shine.
•Dining Section Roundup: Bitman, Burros, Asimov, Fabricant and Co. serve it up. SKGR calls it "a bit light on juicy content," but not bad.

The Ezekiel cereals are my absolute fave, esp. the one with almonds. I eat it this variously for breakfast, dinner, snack. I don't eat cereals that have sugar added which are extremely hard to find. This also has a lot of natural protein and fiber in it.
The Ezekiel bread is good, too (usually in the freezer section). It works if you're avoiding wheat. There's no flour in it. (There is sprouted some-kind-of wheat, among other things, but it doesn't count for some reason.)
