It's toxic,and good to the point of near debilitation,...but I just recently made chocolate moose.
1st time around it was for nostalgia (not having any since about the 7th grade) ..then something went wrong and it was disgusting. The 2nd time...Well on the recipe where it calls for coffee...oops I just added the grounded coffee beans (not actually making the coffee)
The 3rd time...I was a man on a mission
Unlike a certain politician...I can say mission accomplished. (I tried to do something on a air craft carrier to celebrate my success..but for some reason they won't let me)
Although I would recommend a lighter creme to be used as garnish (It's a bit too rich) Or you can go one step further and make moose filled pastries.
