While aimed for use in children's rooms, we think these are really cool and could be a great way to implement modular storage in an adult space just don't go crazy with too many colors/shapes.

Each unit measures 20"L x 14"D x 17"H. Available from Q Collection Junior and Design Publicin three shapes (Open, Star cut-out and Circle cut-out) and three colors [Cloud (off-white) Forget-Me-Not (blue) and Salamander (red)]. Open cabinets are $300 and those with doors are $350.

The shapes are adorable. Not crazy about the colors, and $300/350 seems awfully high for a painted mdf cabinet.

$3000 (at least the arrangement featured) for stackable painted boxes that look like they could have come from target or pb teen? no thanks...I'll save my money and buy a nice piece of 'adult' furniture from a real furniture designer.

cute, but it seems to me as IKEA-inspired..... except the real deal is about 1/10th the price!

I personally would never spend more than $70 per module.....

While PB and Ikea may offer cheap prices, they don't offer quality made pieces that aren't good for the environment or your child's health. I'm a huge fan of Q Collection and have bought their pieces before. There is no comparison in design or quality to PB & Ikea.

Thanks for the post and comments. The feedback is much appreciated. I am one of the co-founders of Q Collection & Q Collection Junior. I thought it might be helpful to address the price question above. There are some key differences in our products vs. the things you can find at PB, Target, etc.

Briefly:
- our products don't off-gas harmful chemicals; they have all been tested for indoor air quality.
- they are made from 100% recycled wood.
- hand-crafted in the USA
- only biodegradable packaging, etc

We understand that these aren't for everyone yet we are very proud to be one of the very first to offer sustainable, healthy furniture of this quality. - Thanks, Jesse
