Coca Cola M5: This new branding experiment highlights the move to strong color in interiors as well.
XXL Chair by Tjep for Arco: "As the proportions of people evolve to the standards of western consumerism so may the proportions of objects that surround us..."
The cookie story is not only an urban legend, it is so old that, adjusting for inflation, it should now be "seven-fifty" i.e. $750.
Here in NYC, of course, it should be adjusted to "over a million, with a long line of desparate buyers outside" . . .

Really trying to imagine who would by that chair. Seriously, it looks mean-spirited and unattractive. The person whose proportions might fit it would (should?) probably not find the proximatity to their own as being clever or comfortable. They would probably wish ill to the designer.

Yes, that chair is quite disturbing.
But that chaise! If you can get over the cowskin part, sweet.

A LITTLE sad that it reads "NYC Taxi approves the use of Hybrids, and not "Require" but it's at least a first step.
The angle of "the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission...had raised concerns about the adequacy of leg room in hybrid vehicles" made me laugh. Yeah, they're ALL about the comfort of us passengers. So thoughtful! But I'm guessing it had more to do with the cost of hybrids...
