Design Within Reach Offer: In another switch-and-bait you give us something and we'll give you something, DWR is offering a 20% discount deal.
Joe Colombo's Boby Trolley: This modern classic is available in three variations and four colors starting at $299.
Karaoke Tub by Nendo: "A karaoke room, with a concept, derived from a bathroom. A bathroom is a place, where people are able to sing comfortably with a spice of echo."
Vortex sink by Elite Bath - Solid Bronze Luxury: The weight of this sink alone, would make it and the water hitting it a memorable experience in the bathroom. For the person who has everything.
I love-love-love my Boby trolley! Pearl was closing out older models with a substantial discount, so I got a good-sized one for $63 and rescued my dining cubby from the current dollhouse-building project.

Wende-how do you use the trolley? I would spend $63 on one, but I don't know about $295.

Pixie, I'll demonstrate. This fragment of extreme visual clutter is my workspace. Although the table is in use, the only things on it are the house (ignore the pinkness -- it's for a gift) and the trim that's drying. All the paint, scrapbook paper, ribbon, extra kit pieces, glue, and stuff are on the cart. http://wendefeller.com/images/trolley1.jpg
This moody shot shows that the long slots hold the umpteen pieces of plywood that make up a kit, and that used to be spread over the dining chairs: http://wendefeller.com/images/trolley3.jpg
In theory, all this stuff already had a home in the foyer closet, but I never put things away when I was mid-project, so the dining cubby used to be completely over-run and rather frightening. It was discouraging just to try to find the table. Now an entire project can roll into the closet if I ever want to serve dinner.

re:Design within Reach offer. You can find the same things elsewhere for less money and normal or no shipping charges. Design Within Reach sounds more like Design with Ripoff.

I love the Reanim chair-leg prosthetic. Now I want to break some of my dining chairs...

I really don't like the plastic chair-leg prosthetic thing. I don't know, I think I'd like it better if it was some ornate old carved wooden leg attached to a very mod chair. Or my dislike may be because I have a messed up leg myself and can't help but envision wobbling around on some bright plastic pegleg...
