Anyone who had the pleasure of visiting Flora Jacob's dollhouse museum will never forget it. Jacobs provided Washington with a unique institution, and set a wonderful example by her generosity in sharing her amazing (and valuable) collection with the general public.

She will always have a special place in DC history.
