Sure this is the Skyhouse condo on 29th Street. I know the sales team and developer. Showed this property just last Friday. Relative to NYC standards these units are a steal at approx $1050 a sf. The building came out quite nice and the lobby is just about complete. This owner bought I believe the A line which is the best, however the B is very cool too. Well done on the design for sure. I covet a studio room like that..
