Small Cool 2007: Don't Go Changin', To Try and Please Me...

23 Entries! Now we're coooking. And we recieved an extension until April 16 (Tax Day) from the The Contest Master! We've got some really beautiful entries coming in, but we're still looking for more in the Midwest (ATChicago), the Southwest (ATLos Angeles) and the Northwest (ATSan Francisco)...

Remember that each area sends 4 finalists to the finals, so the odds of winning from those areas are technically greater right now.

Also, although we're responding to all the emails, we're going to list all the entries we've received below the jump. Please email us again if you don't see your name down there.

Entries We've Received:
(Please remember we can only post 40 total, and we reserve the right not to post any that are very weak.)

Is it possible that Laura H is really Laura R? I don't see myself on there. Or is this only NY?

I don't see myself either. Want to make sure my entry went through--it's Randi in Brooklyn Heights. Thanks!

Another entrant looking for confirmation: "Paullchik," entry sent last night (4/5). I just registered with AT today, however.

kiko, I disagree. Last year there were so many postings I nearly gave up trying to look at them all. Some really were not "worthy" in my opinion, however much they were comfortable and beloved apartments. And some worthy entries were no doubt lost in the avalanche. Let's see how things go this year. We always have house tours and the flicker links to see other places.

I agree, jimkk... I like that they are getting pre-screened. And once they start rolling out, it will still feel like it did in year's past...

Someone needs to go change the contest page to reflect the new deadline, or else people who come to the site will not realize that an extension has been granted. Of course, I probably shouldn't be saying this because, it will only create more competition for myself.

Speaking of extensions, if you live in NY, MA, MD, ME, NH, VT or DC you have until April 17 to file your taxes due to Patriot's Day.

I'm set to have my japanese-style, slatted, built-in closet/dresser/bed/room-divider delivered on the 15th. This baby has been 4 months in the making from project inception, and I expect it to totally transform my sub-600sqft loft space. So expect a last-minute entry from me on the 15th or 16th.
