Good show!

Congratulations. I was impressed with the clever use of built-ins.

Congratulations to the winners; this apartment really stayed true to the original spirit of the contest. There were so many large, boring entries this year it was easy for Hillary and Tony's place to stand out. That cube is quite something.

Completely deserving if only for the impressive organization! I've never seen a more functional space. Very inspiring-- congratulations!

I think this entry truly fell under "small and cool"; the use of built ins really took advantage and enhanced a small space.

Good job!

Congrats to you both, but now that you won can we get a description of how you built those amazing MDF creations: the side tables, coffee table, and cube storage. Are all those cubes just stacked or are they one big peice???

I agree with Sydney - function, form and decoration in that order, in a small living space. The larger apartments and homes don't present with the same challenges, so they don't reflect much beyond decorating/color choices. Let's not go so big next year.

Congratulations! You guys definitely deserved to win--if not for that amazing cube thing alone, then for the perfectly executed design theme of "everything in its right place." I've taken a lot of inspiration from your space myself!

This definately deserved to win. I think this is what the spirit of "small cool" is all about. They came up with a really unique way to handle their apartment being "square-footage" challenged.

It's not just that they built a loft. They built a multi-functional piece. I think my favorite part of the whole thing is the hidden-away office on the interior of the loft.
