Two thumbs up, way up! Love how clean and minimalist your place is, but still cozy and not boring.

The light in the apartment is lovely. I bet it gives it a very cosy feel. I really like the color scheme.
There is something rigid about the furnishing, though. It has a bit of a hotel vibe, not a live in vibe.
Is this really 300 sq. feet?

This is fab - especially as it's such a small space. Really like the simplicity and the fact that even though it's so simple and restrained, it doesn't seem cold.

Wicked bed-making skills there. :)

I love everything about this except for the feeling-- likely just created by the photograph-- that guests are expected to sit on the couch and stare at the lamp/chair arrangement. Perhaps if the lamp weren't quite so centered on the wall as to make it the dominant feature?

This is beautiful and full of character.

Also, I imagine that you can move the table from behind the couch and set it up for dining? It looks like there's just about room...

Clean, well edited, minimal, but at the same time full of personality and style. Love your bed, love the restrained color palette, love pretty much all of it (except the animal horns). Really well done.

Great space! Is there a kitchen? It is always difficult to get a feel for the space when there isn't a floorplan.

Damn you people and your separate bedrooms! Sigh... maybe I should just move my bed into the kitchen, then I'd have a separate bedroom. :)

Moving on...
I love how minimal your home is, yet it's still warm and inviting. Well done! I hope you win, cause I'm curious to see your kitchen area and bathroom.

WOW!! awesome, flawless, I love the perspective the change in wall color gives, great idea. I can see from the floor plan that there is a kitchen and bath. Hope you win too, it would be great to see the rest.

Great job, My favorite!

Hi Everyone!

Thanks for the votes! The apartment is just at 300 square feet and yes I do live here. The pendant lamp in the bedroom I actually found at a street sale, its a old studio lamp for films, i believe had to put it on a dimmer because it's so bright. Sorry for the lack of kitchen and bath photos but as you know I could only put up five pictures. If you didn't catch there is a floor plan. image six. Keep voting thanks again for the support! Yeah!!!

This place seems so much better than the other entries it's like he's in his own category. He has to be an artist or designer -- he definitely has vision. One of the fundamental space-organization problems of our era is what to do with the whole home-office situation in a small apt., and I think this guy's solution is really impressive.
These photos are almost magical, they have a Vermeer quality to them. Congrats and I look forward to seeing more of your space!

This apartment is perfect & beautiful. Anthony- you must be in the design or fashion business. You obviously have a great eye and excellent style. I never vote unless I love a space. I voted this time!

Hi everyone,

Thank you again for taking time to vote and to leave these really nice comments. I have to say it took a lot of experimentation to find a balance in the place and to situate mirrors in ways that didn't seem as though you tried to create a bigger space, but instead create interest. The choices I made were both intuitive and chance finds of objects that just had that "BINGO thats exactly what I need" moments. Normally I don't search fort the it product from one of these catalog stores. It really is about just finding the right thing at the right time without rushing into a choice that may have been in the end a space eater or not just the right look considering the charm of the apartment on its own. Oh and yes I am a fashion designer.

I really like your bedroom quite a lot, and in particular that you didn't feel the need to place something directly above your bed. I think the absence of something there really enhances to over-all feel of the room.

Sorry, I have been too busy to be dropping in on a regular basis to AT. I don't understand how 300 sq feet can be classified as teeny-tiny. In London that would be considered as a large space.

No Problem, I built the frame because it was so hard to find something that was recessed and minimal. It was a bit tricky but worked it out, and it is like a platform but with a recessed leg structure and center beam to make sure it doesn't sag in the middle.

thank you for keeping vote everyone. I really appreciate your support and vote of confidence!!! Yeah!

I can't believe how much is hidden away!!! MAGICAL!!! I would love to be in that space. It feels very clean and pure in a way.

What storage do you use for your items? Are they in boxes? How do you keep everything out of site.

Tres minimaliste!
