We saved Liora Mann for the very end of Fall Color's month, as her Soho store is perfectly colorful blend of home accessories and furniture. Well known for her pillows, Liora Mann's colors are vibrant and deep and only slightly tamed. It's as if a child of the sixties toned it down for fashionable NYC 2005.
Driven by her colorful patterns, Liora Mann's designs now include upholstered furniture, rugs, lighting, pillows, wallpaper, textile, home accessories and even floor coverings. Pillows range from $95 to $160, ottomans from $350 to $398, sofas from $1400 to $1700, and rugs from $200 to $5000.
Liora Mann other signature is her inventiveness. She has patented two processess, Lamontage, a new way of felting which you see in her fabrics, and Montique, which encases felted textiles in plastic, creating a translucent and colorful medium for trays and other accessories.
NYMag Says: Its all about pattern and color herecircles, stripes, swirlsand the prices are surprisingly reasonable...
