Survey: Cherry Blossoms A'Bursting for You?

Last weekend we cut some branches from a cherry tree and brought them back to the city. By yesterday they had already started bursting. This is one of our favorite times of the year. We love watching the spring up close. We love the light, fluffy flowers and the cherry colored water that the branches make. Got your own pics? Link them in the comments. More pics below....

Our city is known for cherry blossoms... the "Garden City" here on Vancouver Island. They are in full bloom everywhere, magnificent and breathtaking.

Haha, our city is known for cherry blossoms too... and all the tourists who come to trample the Tidal Basin each year.

Help! I live in Phoenix where Cherry Blossoms are few. I love the look though...where can I find nice fake ones???

As redweather mentioned, the cherry blossoms are gone from the DC area, but azaleas are starting to bloom.

In Seattle we now have "cherry blossom snow drifts" now that all of the petals have fallen. They sure were beautiful though!

I'm in Dublin and they've been and gone here too. There are some white blossoms around though, not sure what they are (apart from beautiful!)
