With all the beautiful outdoor designs, it seems that outdoor furniture can easily work inside - just wipe off some of that city grime off first.

I just had a picnic table made and stained a teal blue for my dining room table. It was $150 and I like the feeling of being on vacation when I eat there.

I have a glass garage door in my condo living room that opens out to my balcony. Had a difficult time deciding how to furnish the space. Decided on a Starck Bubble Club sofa with Sunbrella cushions. Jerszy Seymour Easy chairs and a Massimo Vignelli Big Bench. As well as a cafe table that extends to a bar height when having parties. The living room space is small. So I wanted flexibility to move furniture out on the balcony if needed without weather worries.

Here in Seattle, in rained in July. More than once. The outdoor furniture is carefully selected to withstand the elements. Actually, it's kind of fun to sit under our covered little balcony in the winter with a cup of cocoa and watch the rain. For about ten minutes.
