Wow. Very cool. Well, the table anyway. I don't tend to move my shelves around much so I think there's less practicality in that one.

HOW do you do this? I saw a table just like this in a book on decorating for small spaces and was going to submit it to Good Questions, but couldn't figure out how to describe it. Damn.

Um ... my elementary school had cafeteria tables almost exactly like the "scissor table." I can't imagine having one in my home. It would bring back memories of spongy cafeteria pizza and screaming children.
