Scando Table by Eric Pfeiffer for Offi

06.06.scando.jpg

This coffee table, the Scando by Offi, was designed by Eric Pfeiffer with children in mind. It has rounded corners and lies low. But it's perfect for us grown-ups without children, too.

It comes in white lacquer as pictured up top or walnut, oak (below), or birch ply. The curved form is made to hold magazines and the tabletop is just perfect for sitting cross-legged on the floor with your laptop. We think this makes it a good table for young single folks, too.

Offi says this is heirloom quality furniture. Maybe it could serve you well single, clear through parenthood, and beyond!

Ooooh. I like! Tad bit of a ripoff on the mag table (link below), but it's forgivable.

It is not a rip-off...same designer and manufacturer.

1 left at Design Public. Good price, but it's white - if it were walnut or oak I would have nabbed it.

Has anyone tried this table with eames LCW? I have two and I'm still looking for a cofee table.
Thanks
