Table on wheels. The Tour Table, designed by Gae Aulenti in 1993, uses bicycle wheels to support a 4-foot-square sheet of glass, creating a table...

It's the height of a dining table or desk, at 29". The price tag is prohibitive, but we love snagging onto ideas that look like they could inspire DIY's. AT looked at another (humbler) bicycle wheel reuse here, at How To: Make a Bicycle Wheel Pot Rack.

i think the glass should be cut in a circle to keep the motif going. otherwise, it is a cool idea but kind of ugly...
