Desire to Inspire

I'm looking for recommendations -- I need a cleaning person to come in every other week to my small UES 1-BR apt. and I don't want to use a big service. Where's the best place to post? I wouldn't ask anyone to post names and contact info online, but would like to receive referrals by email (nycdi "at" nyc "dot" rr "dot com).

I've never had a cleaning person before, so would love to hear from people who are willing to not only recommend someone, but also how much you expect from them, what they do, what they charge. Obviously hoping to find someone reliable, thorough, and trustworthy. Thanks!
