Combining the eclectic optimism of California with colorful, vintage European design, you could browse this store for a long time looking at fabric, tiles, furniture, silverware, hot mirrored furniture... you name it.

In particular we loved the French bistro chairs, the large tied-arm sofa and the rolls of stiped cotton canvas that could be used in so many different ways.

Next door to the well known clothing store of the same name, American Rag is a nice combination of a gift and a furniture store. This is a good stop if you are looking for tableware and summery, fun pieces. There's even a cafe in the back. MGR
