Made in Canada. We were hunting for wall tile this weekend and were most impressed by the collections from Canadian manufacturer Interstyle Ceramic & Glass Tile.
They're a manufacturer of glass and ceramic tile for bathrooms, kitchens, and swimming pools.
Interstyle specializes in mosaics and large-format tiles for walls and floors. We love their large-format materials and their impressive selection of glass tile colors and sizes.
Their 3x6 glass subway tiles run about $16.50/sf, which is very competitive for the glass tile we've seen elsewhere.
We sell Interstyle's glass in our Daltile showroom under our Reflections in Glass program. I think we offer around 50 colors of glass in both glossy and matte finishes in sizes from 1 x 1 to 12 x 12. You can create mesh-mounted custom blends and patterns. I use this a lot. It's a great product, and the staff at Interstyle rocks (hi Nadege,if you're reading this!). My clients are always thrilled when their orders arrive. FYI, Interstyle also makes glass for Ann Sacks and other major tile brands. Interstyle's Claypads ceramic line also is nice, but unfortunately, my showroom isn't an authorized dealer for it. Otherwise, I'm sure I'd sell tons of that as well.
Just finished installing their glass tile in a bathroom, and am now going to be using some as a backsplash in the kitchen. Great colors, beautiful quality, and definitely competitively priced.
