I have been there several times- I make jewelry as a hobby and it's a really cool store- BUT I would avoid it on Saturdays and during lunch hour. It gets crowded and some of their salespeople are less than friendly- a few of them are great, but some of them are really obnoxious and make it nearly impossible to "poke around" in a really cool store.
