I was surprised to find everything I could imagine for my dog all under one roof!
I ordered biscuits -- four boxes -- for my 15 year old dog and even after a reminder phone call the biscuits never came. I had ordered them with a few cans of food the week before but they were out and sent a box of a different kind to hold me over. The service on week days is out of this world. On week ends, no. This is not the first time there has been a delivery problem on week ends. But, come on, he's 15. If they say they are coming, they should come.

I have been going to Pet Bar South for a long time. They lived through the hard time that my dog and I went through in his last year or so when he was failing and I was quite frankly a little hysterical. I wrote a not entirely positive review the one time there was a problem that was more about me worrying about him than one little delivery slip up. But I never could get logged in again to remove that review. So: Pet Bar South has been overall fantastic through the years. Helpful, kind, and extremely good about last minute deliveries. They carry all kinds of food, etc. for every taste or philosophy, and at very reasonable prices, but for me, it is important that they have consistently carried food that was healthy, often organic, and not full of salt and sugar (especially an issue for an older animal). I lost my dog nearly a year ago, but now have a family of a beautiful rescue cat mom and her active happy kittens. It is like having a back up family member to have Pet Bar South in delivery distance. Those lucky kittys are getting a great surprise in a little while (a new scratching pole) delivered to their door, thanks to the very kind and thoughtful folks at Pet Bar South.
