The result is a super-clean (and we'd imagine easy-to-clean) bathroom sink. It does come at a cost, though. The Block Washbasin by Lacava sells for $835.
That's a very cool sink, though it doesn't leave much space for your soap or tooth brush.

as i scrolled down to see the entire image, i thought it was a urinal...but that's probably because the angle from which the photos was taken makes it look more narrow than it is.

I foresee a splashed clothing incident every time you use it!

I also thought it was a urinal.

Oy, practicality runs rampant here today!
I don't think this is intended for a room where space is luxurious. But I think it a gorgeous sculptural solution for a tiny bath or small powder room.

I was thinking it would be perfect for a guest/half bath where space is minimal. You know, if you ever found your self in a situation where you had very little space but also over $800 to blow on a sink.

Above posters: this is clearly not for a bathroom. It's for a powder room/wash room.
That said, it's very nice. I've seen some powder rooms in quite a few houses that can use this. Love it. Makes me wish I had a powder room just so I could buy it.
