We really admire people like Victoria, who just pick up a paintbrush and a can of paint, and splash coral pink across a wall. Although we've painted apartments in the past, we've picked colors like a pale, buttery yellow, or a tiny green wall. A whole pink wall, that's gutsy.
Now that Colors Month is here, and our Fall Colors Contest is starting (just seven entries so far! Our in-box is ready and waiting), the real question is...What will the popular color, the one that's in every other entry, be? One year it was orange, another it was green. So, what do you think?

Shaw's Original Fir...
Pink was my forecast for the future, back the year when everything was green, so I'm honor bound to stick to it.
Given that I'm visualizing purple-gray everywhere, that's should be up in 2008 or 2009.
How wonderful it would be to come home to a warm, coral entryway every day after work. I'm seriously thinking about doing this myself.
I can't wait for lime green and tangerine orange to go away. Like wende, I am big into pink lately, whether it's a subtle blush pink or a big pop of fuschia. Also, lavender - the gray-purple of actual lavender plants. And gold!
Rich, Ox blood red!
With yellow being so big in clothing right now, I see it showing up indoors too. If not on the walls, then as accessories along with red and more red!
Wende, I love your forcasting... especially because I just painted my walls two shades of purple gray (BM Silver Fox and Abalone)! I was aiming for a gray taupe, but when the walls were done they turned out much more lavender than I expected. I totally love it... I think it should be a color trend!
if i was allowed to paint my apt walls, at least one wall would be a deep chocolate-y brown!

I think the big color is definitely going to be gray...in the color contest, I think we'll see it on the walls with colors popping against it.
I'm a little late to this, but my guess (really it was) was turquoise.
