Now this is a Great Escape. The Oculus is a 250-foot yacht designed by E. Kevin Schopfer. The first product of Schopfer Yachts, Oculus was inspired by the bone structure of oceanic mammals and large fish...
Oculus accommodates 12 guests (not including crew and staff!) and features a double height dining room, an elevator, and retractable side panels that are designed to open up the sides in calm weather.

WOW!
WOW 2!
Yeah ,and to 99.999% of us totally unobtainable. note: I made the statistic up but it is probably accurate.
Beautiful... and far more beautiful than most billionaire yachts.
But am I the only person who looks at the last picture and hears "Nom nom nom..."?
I would take Nick's Cove Cottages over this every time - if I were ever given that choice! It kind of reminds me of the yaught that belonged to a shiek I once knew :)
@ Blandwagon:
Haha! Actually, I look at the last picture and hear Dori speaking whale in Finding Nemo.
*swoon* If I had the income, this would be my residence 99.9% of the time. I love the water so much. *siiigh* a girl can dream!!!
@ Blandwagon . . . YES! Nom! hehe
Is this Apartment Therapy?
This and the BMW plane are more like the Robb Report...
Beautiful boat!
Okay, WOW.
What a awesome design, can somebody tell me who created those visuals and what software program did they use. They look fantastic Thank you!!!
The shape reminds me of a porpoise head. Maybe this is why it looks so perfect in the water.
One thing I sure can't understand with these expensive yatchs: Why buy a sea vehicle and have an expensive and luxurious interior? Luxurious interiors are very much possible on land, too. Why insist on floating in one?
