These eye catching wallpaper installations by Kicki Nyborg consists of two components: wallpaper and 3 dimensional forms that are mounted over the wallpaper. The forms bring the wallpaper to life and create small shelves or lamps. Time to put the fun back in functional!

Off the Wall was created for this Swedish designer’s master's thesis. It was one in a three part series called "Wake-up Wall". Her other two projects are also note worthy. There’s “Trans Wall” which includes five different wallpapers. She's able to highlight parts of the room using color and various intensities of pattern in the wallpaper. This gives the wall a sense of movement and adds energy to the room.

Then finally, there’s “WallPlay” in all its childlike glory! This wallpaper transforms your wall into a storybook. It comes complete with stickers that can be moved around creating an interactive experience.
