I am in the market for some fun wallpaper for one accent wall in our kitchen. In the midst of my exhaustive search, I came across this amazing geometric, embroidered wallpaper.

From Custhom in the UK, this hand block-printed and embroidered wallpaper will run you about £170 a roll (that's roughly $265 depending on the exchange rate). I'm sure a DIY project could obtain the same effect, but definitely not the quality. This paper is an artwork investment for sure.

This is amazing. So lovely.
Looks like it's printed. Is it embroidered? embroidered means that it is embellished 3-D, usually with thread.
Oops! Went to the website. Yes, it's thread...
That's gorgeous but maybe not right for a kitchen. Think about that gunk that builds up on top of your cabinets getting all over your gorgeous textured wallpaper. Personally I'd go flat and wipeable in a kitchen, and use this somewhere else like a hall or bedroom.
