The Dominos table is the result of a partnership between French Designer Thomas Pausz and the architects M.Burandt and F.Skupin, founders of the Berlin furniture and interior design label neue tisch. A steel table base plays host to an ever-changing array of colorful Dominos pieces. The table is intended to be "self designed," to change and be reorganized at a whim depending on an individual's taste. I love the concept and the whole look of the table. Might not be very easy to clean (!), but it's a super cool idea.

The table is now available from neue tisch as a made-to-order product. Click here for contact and ordering information:

From Thomas Pausz's website:

For those who love puzzles as much as I do: an infnitely evolutive table top surface, which can change according to seasons, the mood and the colours of your culinary feasts!
The Dominos Tables are a great tool for collective pattern-making. The first edition of the dominos tables is carefully crafted in Berlin with the know how and contagious precision of Frank and Mathis from Neue Tische.
This playful diner table was exhibited in April 2010 at the Salone Del Mobile as part of the Hotel RCA, before being produced at neue tische berlin as a made to order product.
