As my daughter grows, so does her collection of bangles, baubles, hair thingies, and silly bands. This trash to treasure jewelry display is the perfect way to help her keep it all organized. You won't believe how amazing this old window frame looks in its newly upcycled incarnation.

I never would've thought of putting in the screen to hang earrings! Jane of The Borrowed Abode is one smart cookie, though, and in addition to the screen, she also added fabric covered foam core, cute knobs, and several small hooks to make a perfect spot for all the blingy things a girl could accumulate. She has a wonderful tutorial and more photos at her blog, so be sure to check it out.

I'm so glad to see Jane's project here! Her blog is great!
Woah! That's super!
It's perfect! Ah! There's so much space to hang stuff!
Now, to find an old window frame...
Holy cow. . . thanks so much for sharing my window project! That seriously made my day.
It's definitely my favorite of all the projects I've ever done.
A truly awesome project!!
Genius!
wow! looks great. nice way to display and very functional. perfect.
this is cool, but personally i don't think she should have refinished the frame. i like how it looked all old and dingy. add the rest of the stuff and it's a gem!
GREAT idea & i have a window frame that recently took a dive that this would be perfect for! Thanks for sharing this.
