If you ever find yourself in Melbourne some time in the future, you should make a point to stop by Loom to see owner Doan Bilgis' incredible rug collection. Loom's Old Yarn and Hepsi rug collections are the result of an intricate process by which yarn is unraveled from old kilims and rewoven (Old Yarn) and vintage rug pieces are stitched together (Hepsi) to create new rugs that are as beautiful as they are unique.

The term Hepsi means 'all' — an apt description as the technique pretty much uses everything and anything to create the signature look, and the process of reweaving these vintage pieces and threads together is incredibly difficult and intricate.
