Dwellings on Mars will have to withstand constant dust storms, -80 degree temperatures, and constant radiation. 3D product designer Noah Hershberger designed the Queen B, a hexagonal-shaped home that recently won a contest by NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory and Makerbot to design a bio-shielding dwelling for the red planet.
