(Of course, I'd also grab Harriet [my cat] and my computer. And a chunky Mexican sterling bracelet my grandmother bought in the 20s/30s, in Greenwich Village, in the days she thought she was a bohemian...
...Growing up, it was always tarnished and in the "dress up" bin... but I found it in my early 20s and reclaimed it as my own. It's dented a bit, and likely not worth more than $100.)
