are there any real estate agents/agencies that specialize in helping you find raw lofts, hard lofts, or open concept lofts?

I recently bought a loft in the West Loop - i worked with an agent who specializes in modern / unique spaces. His name is Vik Wadhwa, and his website is - http://www.modernchicagohomes.com - i'm sure he can help you. One other thing you could try is the Chicago Artist Resource ... www.chicagoartistsresource.org - but not sure if that's what they do, might be only temporary loft space.

I know this is an old thread, but I just thought I'd throw the name of Jameson real estate into the list. They have lots of raw, hard, and new lofts in addition to Chicago Condos and Chicago Real estate. I know this isn't in direct response to your original comment (as it is 3 years later) but it may be helpful for anyone searching for artist lofts or condos in Chicago on search engines.
