i currently have a big long y adapter cable running from my laptop to my stereo receiver so i can have my 10 hour playlists reverberating throughout the house. it's an ugly thing, though - long black cable draped across the desk and floor, over to the entertainment center.
do they make something WIRELESS that makes this connection from my laptop's headphones port to my receiver's CD/AUX port?
If you're on a Mac, you can get that AirPort Express thing. A friend of mine has it, and he loves it.
The AirPort Express works with a PC as well - you just have to use iTunes if you aren't already. It's super easy and works like a charm - well worth the $99 investment.
...plus it's a wireless router and you can hook your printer to it via the usb slot and print wirelessly.
i'm on a PC, but i do use iTunes! so maybe i'm in luck! :)
i will definitely look into it... though i do have a wireless router and a wireless printer already, so it might be overcomplicating issues. but we'll see.
