iPhone video projectors may not be on the top of anyones list of things to buy, but you have to admit that they are pretty cool. While we can't think of any major reasons to own one, if we had some disposable income — we'd certainly buy one for fun. We've found four top contenders that we wish we could buy.

MicroVision SHOWWX+ Laser Pico Projector, $399.99 at Amazon: The price makes this projector the priciest of the bunch, but we've only heard great things about this mini projector. Hooks up to your iPod, iPhone or iPad and plays back video loud and clear. Offers high resolution and the standard 16:9 widescreen ratio.
iPhone Video Projector, $299.95 at Hammacher Schlemmer: The LED-illuminated projection system provides 557 x 234 resolution with its 4:3 native aspect ratio, projecting videos on a screen or wall up to 110" diagonally from as close as 20" up to 18' away. Works with iDevices.
CTA Digital Portable Projector with iPhone Cable, $99.99 at Amazon: Plays MP3, MP4, JPEG files via USB and SD card reader and can be charged via rechargeable battery or AC power cord.
Optoma PICO Pocket Projector,$199.99 at Amazon: Projects image size up to 60 inches and connects to iPod, iPhone, and iTouch with included bundled connection kit. Also works with DV recorders, camcorders and more that are enabled with standard composite AV Out.
