Happy Halloween! The Washington Post recommends decorating with the color orange all year to make your home brighter. The Post reports that paint company Sherwin-Williams is seeing a consumer shift from bright orange to more toned down oranges on "the spicier side." Included in Sherwin-Williams' color forecast for 2009 is a nutmeg shade of orange, which they call "Tiger Eye."
