Getting our homes in neat and beautiful, tip-top shape can actually be therapeutic and fun. The home office is a place we find ourselves spending a lot of time in and therefor, it's not bothersome to us when it comes time to getting it tidy.
Neat and beautiful workspaces don't meant they are bare and boring. You can fill your workspace with art and collectables while still keeping it neat and organized. Whether your office is large or small, don't be afraid to have stuff — as long as it's organized it won't look cluttered! Here are some great examples of successful neat and beautiful workspaces:
• Delfin & Postigo House, Yatzer
• Joe Maer, Desire To Inspire
• Bright White Dressing Area, Style At Home Ok sue me, this may not technically be a workspace but if this were in my home you bet your butt it would be my workspace!
• Super White Interiors, Apartment Therapy
• Color Me Happy, Lonny Mag

Shaw's Original Fir...
The study with wooden shelves is beautiful. I might have to try doing that someday. In the meantime, I can dream...
Great photos! Here is our own home office:

Another key, I think, is to have lots of containers that are both pretty and functional [e.g. made to hold whatever stuff you have]. We use a few boxes originally designed for shoes and clothes, which work really well for different-sized papers. They're fairly sturdy and they were free!
That chair! (in the Delfin & Postigo house) Love it. Want it. (and also quite sure I probably can't afford it.)
I just sold a giant glass-front bookcase from my office on craigslist.
It provided a ton of storage - so I could keep a ton of stuff. I'm a writer - so I only really need a desk, chair and computer.
Ahhhh- space!
The placement of that tall spiny cactus so close to the desk chair (in the first photo) is somewhat precarious.
Wow!!! what a concept. Neat and beautiful. I am just trying to get to the neat stage. 8-)
When I look at these photo's my mind instantly flash's before me my current workspace... puke.
ohwow, ohwow, ohwow! I am swooning over picture 3! I agree, it's not an 'office', but it is perfect!! Tons of storage, nice and bright, calm. ah, this is high high up on my inspiration list now! Thanks!
Amazing. Especially the 3rd! As I try to figure out where exactly to put my ideal workspace, I've settled for at least creating one for my kids and their crazy crafting projects. When they clean up their stuff, it doubles pretty nicely as a buffet table for entertaining, and triples as a place to sit with the laptop if the dining room table is otherwise occupied.

I seldom go for stark white and/or perfect symmetry, but this I love!! I would never leave this room!!!!!!
