Those are beautiful binders but they are not D-rings. The newer ring system with the rings in a D shape and mount on the back allow for easier/smoother/less messy storage of pages in binders especially ones that have a lot of use for reference. I don't buy any other kind anymore. This case for me is a case of function over form. But if some great designers want to do the D-ring, then I would be all over them (like Russell Hazel!!!!!).

I'm binder crazy as well. I have one room each room and a large one for misc accessories. Though for now I'm going to stick to the black view binders.

I like using binders and clear page protectors for my appliance owners manuals, warrantee information, etc. I should get some more to organize the paper memorabilia from my travels too.
