The Little Black Book for iPhone 4, $40

The advent of the ultra-popular Kindle 3 seems like it's spurred a new generation of bookbinders set on making traditional cases for new devices. Last week's list of the best Kindle covers included leather-bound Moleskines, DODOcases and even Medieval-looking covers decorated with Celtic knots and dragons! Here's another site to bookmark for nostalgic cases that hearken back to another information era.

Pad & Quill makes "artisan bookcases for your touch-enabled and eReader devices." The cases are made from bound leather with a Baltic birch frame, and the spine is crafted such that you can bend it back without cracking.
