A bathroom with the palest of blue walls takes on a cool, clean feeling that you don't even realize is coming from the color. These shades are subtle and atmospheric, and I find that such light blues (almost whites, even) work well both in naturally-lit spaces and in windowless bathrooms. An accent in a strong, warm color like golden yellow or tomato red can add a jolt of color if these wispy blues aren't enough:

I like the clean look of these, too bad my bathroom is a practice in beige's. One on the floor tile, one on the wall tile, one on the vanity top and another in the shower. Ugh.
I love love love the look of chrome fixtures, white porcelain, and pale blue walls. Looks so clean (which is what you want in a bathroom!)
The palette in #3 is beautiful! The colors in #5 look really icky to me, but the style is totally gorgeous. I think the room would look better with very dark walls - almost black.
