The runny, drippy colors of watercolor paintings is moving off the walls and onto your furniture! A number of retailers are embracing the messy imperfection and pale colors of watercolor paintings — here are some of my favorites.

Just recently saw those CB2 pillows and immediately fell in love with them. I think I'm going to have to get the rectangular one.
This reminds me of women's shirts in the mid-70's. This trend will be good for DIY-ers and for making accidental stains seem part of DIY patterns added afterward to disguise them.
Does anyone recognize the print on the wall in the first photo?
New trend? Not for me. Liberated this chair from parents basement and recovered it in this watercolor fabric about 20 years ago. Love it still! http://twitpic.com/3nuufu
where can i find those bird feet pots and plant stands?
I think they're pretty, and like their informality.
@Jalapeno I spotted those bird feet pots too. It seems like there's a lot of "bird feet" in styling and art and pix lately. A mini-trend!
ooooohhhhh! pretty, pretty!
I've been looking for a water color-y rug for my living room for some time now. I must be ahead of the trend.
I think the birds feet are ON that pot -- I don't see any sign of something connecting them underneath. That said, I once got some pot feet that were earthenware bunnies and some that were some other kind of animal feet (I forget -- I never used them) from a Dollar Store. So you might find some others out there at garden centers or online, if you search...
@Jalepeno They're both from Anthropologie:
