We find ourselves dragging our laptop into the kitchen on a regular basis. Whether its to pull up a recipe online or find one stored in our recipe program, we find a computer in the kitchen a useful appliance. So, when we spied the newly announced Kitchen HDTV from Pandigital we wondered if it would allow us to keep a solution there permanently.

Pandigital announced the HDTV Kitchen frame this past weekend at the Home and Housewares Show in Chicago. A 15" digital screen doubles as a television for watching your favorite cooking shows and a wireless picture frame for displaying recipes or your favorite photos.

The screen boasts 1280 x 720 resolution and 512 MB of internal memory, allowing you to store your favorite recipes close at hand. Pandigital is expected to launch the digital screen for the kitchen in June for $399.
