Paper Houses

What To Do This Weekend

Your family may have big plans for the long holiday weekend - hitting the beach, backyard bbq's - but you may also crave some downtime. Making paper houses is a perfect low-supervision project that is lots of fun, requires few materials or skills and is a better alternative than turning on the television.

Jackie, who writes My Submarine To The Future (with a name like that you have to visit, right?), loved making these as a kid and had a great time showing her son the ropes. Check out her post for more information on how they made them and to see more photos. All we can say is we hope they got a security deposit from these dinosaurs.
