Mayoral candidate Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet has an enterprising idea for Paris's abandoned Metro stations. The 11 "phantom" stations could be converted for other uses, including night clubs, restaurants, concert halls, art galleries, and swimming pools. If elected, she promises to solicit more ideas and release more proposals.
